My family and I have eaten at Squisito Too many times and it has always been delicious food with fast service. In addition, Squisito Too, the owner, and the workers went above and beyond for my husband and I when our caterer cancelled on us on our wedding day. Squisito Too was able to emergency cater our wedding in only a few short hours with incredible food. To this day our wedding guests rave about how delicious the food was and how they wouldn’t have even known there was any issue with the caterer. We cannot thank Squisito Too and their workers enough for the hard work they put in on our wedding day to provide us with enough delicious food to feed us and about 75 guests on our wedding day. What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish would be anything with our house-made Alfredo sauce as well as the top selling buttery and delicious garlic knots. We have 3 varieties of pasta: Capellini, Rigatoni and Three cheese tortellini. Sauces we offer include: Traditional marinara, Spicy arrabiata, Meatballs with sauce, Italian sausage with sauce and our top selling Creamy Alfredo. Salads include: House, Caesar, Greek, Florentine and chef. Sub sandwiches include: Meatball Parmesan, Sausage part, Chicken Parmesan and Italian cold cut. We offer a thin delicious NY style pizza crust as well a thin and crispy Cauliflower pizza crust.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are sure to have something that will satisfy the needs of everyone attending your special function from appetizers, salads, main course and 3 desserts.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making people happy and what better way than thru their taste buds. I was born and raised in the Sevier County area so I have many years of southern hospitality and customer service experience. We own and operate 3 businesses in the area. Every day is a new adventure interacting with people from all over the world. My favorite part of my job is that I have an amazing team that I love being with and working side by side with.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had high expectations of customer happiness. I wanted the down home comfort feel, not the big corporation "just another customer" vibe.
