Life Coaching
I had one good call with Anne that helped me. However was told needed a $500 deposit right away and to pay $970 x 2 then could start a six mo program if paid the same every 2 mos. This was her making an exception to the others who paid for a year. Had reoccurring skin cancer and received no refund when couldn’t continue with her $1k per month program. Filing complaint for refund for services not received. She offered same service for free to market. Felt taken advantage of . More...

SpiritRiver is dedicated to and known for supporting clients in powerful and successful transformation. When SpiritRiver feels our programming can support a client, the program that best fits the clients and their needs, is clearly outlined along with pricing, terms and agreements. Clients can proceed into the program if they agreed to and signed the terms and agreements. Occasionally, a client is not ready to do the courageous and challenging work of transformation. In this case, SpiritRiver Coaching works resourcefully to flexibly support the client in looking for a best solution.

What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting brilliant beings in discovering their unlimitedness. We are each uniquely gifted and here with purpose, to learn and grow. Over time, we often forget what we came for, who we are and how special and gifted we are. As we protect ourselves, we override our spirit and conform as to not get hurt. I love to support people in liberating themselves to the joy and satisfaction that is natural by reconnecting them with their authentic being and giftedness, their childlike wonder and joy, to their lip smacking life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an explorer and sharer of what I discover, with a deep desire to support others in feeling the satisfaction and joy I got to experience in my life journey. I love being a conduit for learning and experiencing, creating a safe space for people to explore and experience and expand. All roads have drawn me to share what I have learned and continue to learn about living a life you love, through supporting other great beings in living their BIG LIFE.
Growing up camping, feeling and knowing the spirit inherent in nature, wanting to show my appreciation, as an adult, I gravitated to creating and directing a number of small grassroots tree planting and environmental groups. Feeling the urge to create my own vision, I was drawn to purchased a magical piece of property on the cliffs of the Upper Dells in Wisconsin.
I wanted to share the power of what I experienced there. On this land my authentic spirit was so accessible. I knew it would also be for others. I restored the 1929 one room cottage, creating a small classroom and created SpiritRiver Coaching.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a heart connected, intelligent, resourceful, curious, believer in people's greatness. When I meet people, I see their greatness. I am a creative, expressive studio artist and long time explorer of the human psyche and spirit, who also was a highly effective educator that did this very thing with students in the classroom. I wanted to bring these gifts of liberation to adults who have something magical to expose and explore, but need a coach and believer to support them in removing what it keeping them back from all that is available.
I utilize operational systems of each being to best dig in and serve. I understand the modalities of learning and learning styles and I accommodate my clients' learning styles with a wide variety of learning and exploration opportunities! When a client comes to me, I will find the doorway in to best support them in creating never ending ways to explore self and continue pursuing the exciting life they came here to live. NO one came here into this existence to be average or to live and average life. I am a believer in the BIG LIFE....living big, experiencing, feeling, creating, engaging. I am an example of it and I lead my clients to the lives of their dreams.

Yes. Most of my services are easily delivered online through zoom.
I also offer some small group or individual, unique face to face experiences at SpiritRiver Environmental Spiritual Center.
These are powerful and optional. They engage participants in deep spiritual connection with their authentic being and our natural physical world, in the pristine river corridor of the Upper Wisconsin Dells, hiking, paddling, sharing healthy, delicious food, camp fires...an authenticity awakening, visceral experience.
Creativity Coaching
I support clients in a variety of exercises to assist them in connecting with their authentic being, their true self, breaking down antiquated paradigms and stories, releasing inner curiosity, joy, ingenuity and resourcefulness, assisting clients in standing in full responsibility and power.
I do this through diversified techniques tailored to the client using the creative process to open the spirit and using the authentic spirit to open the natural creative process!
In addition to traditional coaching techniques, clients create art around who they are and what they are interested in, using a variety of mediums chosen by the client.
Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Relationship Coaching
I coach clients in developing new ways of engaging with themselves and others, giving them life changing tools to see new perspectives and shift, to understand themselves and others, to excel where they were once blocked. Focused work in this program results in clients developing new ways of being and operating that open to connected relationships and deep life satisfaction.
Spiritual Coaching
I support clients in connecting with spirit and magnifying their connection with the Energy, God Force, Universe around them. All the great stuff downloads through this energy.
Clients will discover ways to deepen their connection to this conduit through creative assignments and activities. Some clients may choose to experience a retreat at SpiritRiver, where they will experience powerful visceral spiritual experiences on site.
Transformational Coaching
My specialty is deep dive, transformational coaching that engages clients in a diverse group of activities that support them in developing ways to consistently shift and move through blocks and resistance, so they can enjoy a life of freely engaging in everything they would like to be do and have. This coaching experience is for people who want incredible life satisfaction. It takes clients into their vision and supports them in finding and releasing any paradigms, habits, stories, that come up each time we expand, so they can move freely forward in creating the life they want. The coaching is designed to dig in, be present and on demand, be connected and highly productive. It transforms the client's ways of operating so they can achieve and manifest what their spirit and being is curious about and guiding them to.
