I would like to enthusiastically recommend Caitlin Rebe as a personal trainer. I began working with her about a year ago; she did me a great deal of good . I am 76 years old and had a stroke a couple of years ago. I have been working out with Caitlin since March 2020 and her workout sessions are the best! I’m never bored as she changes the workouts daily;
targeting different muscle groups at every session.
I had gain some weight sheltering place and hardly ever worked out until I join Caitlin online-live-training sessions. She is a great motivator and an awesome trainer. She pays attention to detail by correcting us while working out; it’s like having your own personal trainer in your home! I’ve tried other on demand workout sessions but never stuck with it as I got bored and there was no commitment or accountability.
Having a live online group class and the trainer who expects to see you every morning makes a huge difference, especially on the days when I don’t feel like exercising. I’m in my late 40’s and in my best shape ever. Thank you Caitlin!

Caitlin caters to my needs and overtime offered me multiples workarounds that allow me to do a full classes while adjusting around chronic pain.
Her attention, gentle corrections and reminders during class will keep you on your toes. As a result, I am able to progress even as I am working out remotely on Zoom.
I started exercising for health. My goals were to build a strong longterm routine concentrating on posture, form and injury management. Caitlin understood my needs perfectly and catered both the one-on-one workouts as well as some group class workarounds.
I have been able to build a strong routine with proper form, work around chronic pain as well as prevent any further injuries. Caitlin’s teaching has been instrumental in my ability to better manage chronic arthritis.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
One of the things I do best, is really get to know the person. What are their likes, and dislikes; hurdles, and motivations. Understanding why and how a person got to where they are today is the key for understanding how to push them past any hurdles to get them to their goals. I form true friendships with my client so that I can best serve them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Unfortunately, there is no secret. But what works well, is finding a routine that you love doing, that makes the time and effort feel fun and beneficial. Small, little daily changes to your lifestyle can lead to long-term effects. Fad dieting, extreme workouts and huge changes will only lead to burn-out, failure and frustration.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing somebody grow, both physically and mentally and see them achieve their goals overtime.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been in the service industry, whether through waiting tables, law-enforcement, personal training, Self Defense, or women's sexual health, I thrive on giving back and making people's lives better

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. I also offer small group personal training and large group fitness classes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask for in-person sessions and utilize hand wipes, sanitizers for any shared equipment.
