I suggested this as a place for my significant other and I to go to. They offer a half hour free counseling session. He didn't want to do that. He didn't think we needed couples counseling he thinks we need somebody to manage my bipolar anxiety. I think that we need to have someone help us to find someone who could assist us with our problems. I think that he has bipolar depression. I sent him the website he did not want to go. We just started talking with the counselors  and they make you feel like family and they have already started helping in our situation  so I think they are very helpful to our community and as for individuals

What do you love most about your job?
I love to walk through client's journeys with them and witness their growth and new contentment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew in high school that I was passionate about helping others after I had a meeting with my school counselor. We discussed my career path and some other private concerns that I had. I left his office that day feeling grateful that there are people like my high school counselor that really care about others. I decided that week that I wanted to do the same.
Shortly after graduating, I had the privilege of working with Dr. Sangiacomo, a well known psychiatrist in Ft. Myers for about two years until she retired. I decided then that I would start Serenity Counseling Center.
Why should our clients choose you?
Serenity provides professional and affordable counseling to individuals, couples and families. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE (when using insurance for counseling, you will have to be given a diagnosis that will be kept on your permanent record, which could negatively affect you in the future). We do offer a sliding fee scale based on income if finances are a concern. We believe in providing a non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment that allows clients to discuss difficult life situations and circumstances.
At Serenity, we enjoy being a part of our clients journey to finding peace and contentment in their relationships and circumstances.
