Coach John is exceptional. He finds the best balance between pushing you but not pushing you over the edge.
He establishes different types of workouts for us (Tabata, HIIT, cardio, strength training, with weights, with body weight.. the list goes on). We do a private workout with him and leave every single session - refreshed and stronger! He learns our strengths and builds on them. He learns our weaknesses and navigates through them. I cannot say enough good things of the effort coach brings out for the workout sessions. My husband and I are grateful for the effort towards our workout routines, the laughs, the great music and above all the consistency he’s provided us. Thanks Coach!!!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You can eat a whole pizza pie to yourself, but you can’t eat a whole bag of apples. Calories in calories out is a myth.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I recently went through a weightloss journey and received a lot of false info. Through school, and studying extensively I have and answer that can help people improve their health right away.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have social distancing at group session as well as offering masks and wiping all equipment prior to session start time
Meal prep & planning
Nutrition is 70% of getting in shape so we offer in house meal planning and prep service. We also have meal replacement options.
Online Training/Virtual Training
Since clients are always on the go, we offer online classes via video for them to access a PT on their time. Also for live options we run a virtual Zoom class for Airlines stewardess, Pilots, traveling sales people and truck drivers!!!
