What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about this work is the honor of getting to have a window into a unique person’s life, suppporting them on the journey as they begin to unravel what’s been holding them back, and working together to recreate a life that they actually love.
It's tremendously fulfilling to see a client shift into taking courageous steps and watching their world expand in ways they hadn’t thought possible…even when they may have come into my coaching feeling extremely stressed out, stuck, unfulfilled, and questioning their abilities and self-worth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business was simply a by-product of giving myself the permission to follow my own ardent desire and dream of supporting other people in their personal and professional journeys (the support I’d wished I’d had along the way :)
Before I was even coaching, I had begun to convene groups of women for intimate conversations around the sorts of topics that really matter to us – like self-trust, healthy boundaries, personal power. Then one day, one of my participants asked me to coach her. (That’s when I realized I better get some actual coaching training!) I enrolled in a rigorous year-long program, and my business blossomed from there!
And I continue to grow and enhance my coaching craft so I can be the best possible coach I can be for my clients.

My coaching is compassionate, honest, and real.
I’ve had clients tell me that my warm, authentic style helped them feel especially safe, so they could move beyond their fears, resistance, and doubts, and comfortably take the steps needed to make the changes they desired…without feeling shamed or judged in any way.
The fact that I’ve had clients working with me for a number of years is a testament to the value I bring to peoples’ lives...even though I offer flexibility as to whether a client wants a one-off session or a longer term experience. (See my client testimonial link below.)
Also, as an International Coach Federation Certified Coach, I subscribe to a set of coaching standards representing the highest level of excellence in my field. As such, I employ a certain gentle structure aimed at ensuring that you get what you actually came in for, so we’re not meandering aimlessly, but actually maximizing our time together.
Even if you come into my coaching feeling completely immobilized, I can help you quickly get to the root of what’s been keeping you stuck and holding you back, so you can open a space for new possibilities to emerge.
Ultimately in working with me, you'll learn that you have the answers within you. And my role is to simply partner with you, create a super safe space, ask the powerful questions, listen deeply, and support you as you discover a level of courage you may not have even thought you had…so you can to take the doable action steps to create what you most desire for yourself in life.

Most certainly. I typically use Zoom for remote sessions (or phone if that’s preferable).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’ve found that online and in-person coaching are equally as impactful. The majority of my clients come from all across the US and overseas, so our sessions are held either by video call or by phone. Occasionally, schedule-permitting, I sometimes meet my local clients in person.
