My policy is to leave reviews after hiring someone at least 3 times. This helps assure that the company or individual receives a fair rating for their overall service & not potentially just a once in a lifetime mistake. With that being said apart from his “actual hands” I was appalled at Raj’s overall Masseuse Experience. I️ created my bark account April 24th & Raj was the first masseuse to reach out to me…which automatically was a huge blessing and surprise for me I️ thought :)! Raj was scheduled for April 26th 12:30pm-1:30pm, he did not reach out to me until 4pm that day & did not arrive to my house/said appointment until 7pm! Outside of my time & pain being taken for granted, I️ was appreciative of Raj’s actual massage as he was very attentive to my surgery spots and needs… and to compensate for being extremely late, gifted me an extra hour free of charge. On to booking #2 Raj was scheduled for May 3rd, 3pm-4pm… he actually arrived at the appointment at 3:30pm :( again late, however this time I️ was grateful that this day he texted/communicated at 3pm that he was stuck in traffic. On to booking #3 aka The Final Booking… because of my previous communication & experience with Raj, both him and I made a detailed plan for the following 2 weeks in person, so we both would have no issues going forward & most of all a mutual understanding. I️ was sadly mistaken because within a few days Raj communicated that all his Hours & Days had changed all of sudden with no reason as to why!? Holidays, Clients, Rate, idk…I️ was informed one day verbatim before my final appointment that I️ could “be available or not book” which I️ found to be rude and unprofessional considering we both just made a finalized plan a few days prior via text and on the phone for confirmation and none of that was being considered or respected presently. So that day May 7th (to be exact) I️ ran/drove back immediately from grocery shopping just so I️ could receive a paid service and be temporarily pain free (I️ have Chronic Back Pain from 2 scoliosis surgeries). After my session I️ thanked Raj, paid & informed him to travel home safely. I did not know this would be our last form of communication!?!? Finally, I️ reached out to Raj, May 9th, 10th & 13th before I️ stopped trying to make contact…as all my calls were ignored or sent to voicemail with no call back till this day (May 21st) & all my texts, left on read (we have iPhones & his read receipts are on with time stamps). Raj said he is a “business” and to conduct your “business” in such a manner when you write & advocate for “helping people” is a LIE and just overall sad. I hope this review helps others if they want or are interested in booking Raj in 2024.

(Update it’s June 3rd & I️ tried one more time May 31st, he finally answered 1 text & all he said was “sorry, busy, will keep you posted”….REALLY!? So yes now I’m done.) More...

You hired me 3 times and every time you appreciated for the massage. And you wanted continue to have massage from me. I totally agree with you. And honestly i never promised you for next appointment. But yah, you wanted me to come and massage you, I really tried but unfortunately i was unable to come due to my personal reason. I apologize for that. Anyway thanks for your comments and I wish you for the best.
