Queens Cocktails and Catering was exceptionally easy to work with. She and her team responded quickly every time I reached out. They pulled of an amazing event for us with very little notice and we received many, many compliments. Having both catering and bartending in one service provider was a huge time and coordination saver. The food turned out great, the presentation was spectacular and the staff was great to work with.

We have entertained for decades in our home in Illinois, however we needed a personal chef to prepare all meals on-site at a VRBO in WI for my family while celebrating my “Medicare” birthday. We could get NO ONE to cater it from Green Bay, WI. We used Bark and were blessed to find Chef Brittany.

Together we planned the menu four months in advance. When it was time for the big weekend, she traveled halfway across the country from Savannah, bought all ingredients locally including condiments, spices, beverages. There was nothing for her to use at the VRBO. Wonderful things came out of the kitchen that the entire family enjoyed, including my 18 month old granddaughter:) She was a pro at addressing food allergies as well.

She made arrangements to stay at a nearby hotel. She was at the house from 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night for three days. Before arriving each morning, she would go to the grocery store early and buy that day’s ingredients because there wasn’t enough refrigerator space for all three days. She was always pleasant, professional and never made my family uncomfortable being in the center of all the action i.e. the kitchen.
