Personal Trainers

As an over the hill former athlete, I thought I was an expert on physical training - well this guy Marc has worked with me for 6-days and my weight is down, my balance is improved greatly, and he trained me with 8-lb weights and 1 minute cardio exercises. ... I laughed when he started but sweat going through his drills and now 'I'm starting to look at myself in the mirror again!!!! Marc thankyou and to anyone reading this review if you are serious about training "put your money on this trainer."

Marc has been great 14 weeks in and not one fail or issue. Nutrition, check ups and guidance has been on point. I have never felt stronger, more flexible and all around good in my life until now. A++

I offer you personalized in-home fitness training and nutrition meal planning as well as online personal training for weight loss, fat loss, muscle toning, balance and flexibility.

My workouts are fast, efficient, and convenient to make it easy to schedule working out so you can get healthy and in shape. This fits right into your busy schedule.

All of my equipment is top of the line and brought right to your home or office.

Make sure the personal trainer cares about your health and listens to your concerns if something is bothering you or hurts.

Remember "No Pain No Gain" is a motto! If you are hurting yourself and can't continue you are hurting no one but yourself and could set you back many months. A good personal trainer will listen to you and modify the routine or exercise.

As the owner of Personal Training Alliance I enjoy working with clients and seeing them hit their short term goals and if they continue to work hard seeing them hit their long term goals also.

It's very important to have short and long term goals if you're going after something that may be hard to obtain.

Some of my clients have lost up to 50 pounds weight loss and 15% body fat without dieting, just by regular exercise and making better food choices.

Started teaching after helping my family and friends become more active in their lifestyle. Started my own business in 2000 and never looked back, continuing to help men and women with weight loss, become more energetic, confident, toned and healthier.

I have completed my certifications as a personal trainer, specialist in fitness nutrition and certified in senior fitness. My continued education is an on going process to help my clients achieve all their health and fitness goals.
