What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to witness these huge states of contrasts with my clients. Many individuals come to me without any hope. After our time together, they are now inspired and resourced. Some come to me in chaos and now have joy and peace. Or, they come with anxiety, depression, guilt or shame, and now embody peace, confidence and empowerment. I have the joy of seeing progress made each and every visit. My couples-come to me with complaints of emotional conflicts or neglect, adultery, or codependency. I get to see them heal themselves within their marriage and establish an even stronger bond than they had during the “honey-moon’ stages of their relationship. I am ecstatic when I see the children of these tumultuous relationships, heal and thrive when their parents are in a good place. I help people learn how to handle their lives so that they can experience happiness as the backdrop of their life no matter what life has unfolded for them. I love seeing couples be vulnerable, adopt winning strategies and form a deeper love and connection beyond what they could have imagined. I have one of the most rewarding careers in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to create Personal Restart, which is a whole person medical wellness and a whole person coaching practice after my husband and I both healed our marriage and optimized our health. When we did this for ourselves, we knew we could support others in this way. There is no turning back. We are meant to serve. In the legal world, things may be legally resolved, but the consequences of a rendered decision do nothing to help the individual, couple or family heal or grow. Even for the winning party, who received the verdict or the reward, did they really let go of the loss? No. Money is wonderful. But, it does not heal. Healing comes from within. After overcoming my own struggles and studying with the best transformational leaders, I knew I was meant to serve individuals and power couples so that they could live their best lives and become whole and complete.

I was born to support others to live their best lives and to feel whole and complete in spite of what they have or don’t have. I am fully experienced as an attorney and coach. My husband is a conventional and integrative functional medicine physician. Together, we have served more than 23,000 clients in over 21 years. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do everything remote. Our clients can enjoy the privacy and safety while having their sessions on zoom.
