Palm Springs Florist is a family owned business that has been covering our valley in stunning floral designs for over 70 years. We are the largest florist in our area. Now into our third generation our florist remains at the forefront of design, quality and most importantly customer service.

I phoned my order in and spoke with a gentleman named Jordan. I explained that I would like an arrangement that would wow and impress the lady I was sending them to. They delivered on time and the lady was floored. She said it was the loveliest arrangement she has ever received. I phoned Jordan to tell him he not only made her day, but mine as well. Beautiful flowers and customer service. They went out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered safely and did not just leave them to wilt in the sun by making a separate trip back to deliver the flowers when the person arrived home. Very Impressive!

Jordan and his wife were the sweetest!!! I sent over a bunch of photos of my inspiration in the beginning, and Jordan worked with me on finalizing the budget to ensure the execution was nothing short of extraordinary. I had chosen bright colors which I’m sure could be rather tricky, but they are PROS, and so many people commented how unique and stunning all of the flowers were throughout the decor and arrangements! We had a few calls leading up to the wedding, and Jordan was beyond helpful and guided the entire process. What a great experience! I wanted flowers waiting at the front desk for a friend checking in today there in Palm Springs.I spoke with Jordan over the phone yesterday and he arranged, no pun intended, everything . He sent me a photo of the arrangement, yellow Rose's, and an email that they were delivered.Well I just heard from my friend. She is ecstatic. I don't know who is happier. Jordan, myself or my friend!I can't say enough about how confident I felt placing the order with Jordan and how overjoyed I am with my friends reaction.It's hard to express feelings from a distance. My wife had an outpatient surgery on Monday morning. During her procedure, while I waiting to see her in the recovery room, I went on-line, reviewed the options and ordered at 10:43 a. m. a lovely “TELEFLORA KEEPSAKE T03J100A : Bear Hug Bear with Pink Roses- Standard” with a personalized card for delivery to our hotel room.
