Because my military naturalization application has been delayed for years, I originally contacted ACLU to see, if I have any legal recourse available to me. ACLU attorney has reviewed my case, and referred me to Mr. Isbell's office stating that he is the subject expect -bringing action against Federal agencies.My experience with Mr. Isbell has been excellent. He is very knowledgable, honest, and patient. Luckily my naturalization case moved forward without any action taken from us. However, when I inquired about the legal fees for presenting me for my naturalization interview, Mr Isbell stated to be, "He is very appreciative of my service in Military, and would like to represent me Pro-bono." He has spend many hours, from reviewing my N400 application to preparing me for the interview, accompanying me for interviews to responding to RFE and contacting USCIS officer asking updates on the case. My naturalization case finally has been approved, and it would not have been possible without Mr. Isbell's help. I had to appear for second interview to clarify RFE, which I was very scared about. My family had numerous consultations with different immigration lawyers across Philadelphia, however none have completely answered my questions and broken down the process into the actual steps of what to expect throughout this journey during the consultation. My neighbor offered me to give a call to Ricky Palladino and see what his vision of our situation was. We had nothing to lose, so why not give another lawyer a try? And I'm so glad that we did. During our consultation, we were informed of the two possible ways we can go about our case with all of the pros and cons of each option. Ricky took the time to explain what would be necessary from us. As our case was progressing, we were aware of what to expect and that everything was well prepared and double checked with us before submitting. We had a couple of appointments with Ricky where we were guided as to what else might improve our odds and have a successful outcome. Ricky not only prepared us for the interview but also was there by our side during it. 2 years ago my husband wanted to start the process of getting a legal status. So we decide to meet with Adam Solow and he sat down with us and talk about my husband case. He explained that his case was going to be really difficult but he gave us hope that everything will work out. Adam explained everything to us step by step and kept us informed about any new laws that applied to my husband case. Just to mention how hard the case sounded my husband came illegally to the country and had a deportation order so we decided to fight for the case and go forward. “The outcome of it all he became a permanent resident”.
