At Nourished With Sarah, I work with patients who suffer from disordered eating or eating disorders. I will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure you receive the care you need. My goal is to normalize eating behaviors and to ensure appropriate dietary recommendations are being made to ensure you regain your life and happiness once again.

My practice is located in beautiful downtown Lee's Summit, Missouri at ReNourish. I am a weight-neutral and food-neutral Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) practicing from a place of inclusiveness, helping people of all shapes and sizes find health and wellness with an emphasis on behaviors rather than weight. I coach clients towards a healthy relationship with food and their body.
