Run, Run, Run from this business. They will take your money, give a piss pour excuse of an investigation and then ghost your ass. I hired him to investigate a person and then to produce a report. No report. I was told that investigators don't need to be licensed in Idaho so they can say they are investigators but are not really good investigators. Anyways, he sells himself as a Marine, all honest and true, but the owner is a crock!! I was referred to Matt via another Private Investigator that I had used a few years ago, because he was swamped when I reached out to him. .., He thought Matt would be able to do a good job, so I called Matt and agreed to pay his $1500.00 retainer fee back in June. My request was to get a picture and gather more information for two people on our case tracker, I needed them interviewed in hopes of gathering more names of people that may have worked with my family member in the 1970's. I provided Matt with several interviews that my other investigator performed with other employees, neighbors and friends, involved in the case that he had recorded for me, just to give Matt an idea as to what had worked previously. Â I had also used an online service that had most of the information needed to locate them, and to give him a proximity as to where they might be, I wanted to help expedite the task. Â Unfortunately I did not get much for my money. They built a case file on MS Recoveries website, with two short blurbs as to their attempts to interview one of them, one in June and one in July. The rest of the information on the page was provided by me. Â Huge disappointment! Do not pay in advance such a huge retainer fee... pay only half until the job has been done at least partially.. I found this company online and had a very delicate situation needing attention from professionals such as them. I was nervous about the process as I had never used a private investigator prior to these guys.
Needless to say it was the best decision ever made as my situation called for attention to detail and someone understanding enough to assist.
After calling around, I didn't feel comfortable with others I had spoken to but Matt made me feel like he was the right one for me to help. I genuinely felt he cared enough about me as a customer and not just money to him. Job well done, and communication all the way during the investigation. highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a good investigator.

Great and friendly staff willing to go the mile with you. After making a few calls to other businesses, I found Matt willing to go the mile for me. Even though there is a one star on this company, I gave them a shot and am not disappointed. Long story short, When I needed to know if someone was around Boise and get them served these folks stepped up to the plate. Not only was I able to obtain information on the whereabouts, but They also provided a service to ensure that my court papers got to them. great group of people working here. they keep you informed every step of the way with their investigation. I believe in average being 3 stars and 5 being flawless. Though they do a great job for me, and were above the norm expected from a private investigative agency, I feel that they could have worked with me more on the pricing. You do get what you pay for with these folks however, and their investigation was top notch when it came down to it. the only reason I am not giving a five star rating is because at one point I believe they may have been made by the person being followed. What inspired you to start your own business?
As a Marine I had the honor to visit and see many wondrous countries and people. I was afforded the unique opportunity to locate individuals and to apprehend them throughout the United States. After the Marine Corps, I realized I missed the excitement and passion to track down information and unravel the mysteries with it. So I set out to better my self and gained further training in locating people, assets, and more. This was a business that not only put food on the table, but enabled me to use my talents to help others in need and allow for them to rest knowing someone else was on their side.
