Michael is an amazing young man. We started working together about three years ago. I had certain goals. Specifically to build some body strength and develop some muscle mass. Michael patiently began a program for me. His knowledge level, his professionalism, and personality all work together to make the experiences with him pleasant. It’s not all easy. Michael pushes but also encourages. I have made significant progress At 71 I am more fit than at 61 or 51. Where we evaluate you for a custom fitness or nutrition plan, and meet you where you are.A place that cares much more about how you feel than how much weight you can curl.Most importantly, where our mission is providing you a quality experience.At MAD Fitness, there is a method behind our madness and we are excited for you to become a part of it!

I knew there was a better way. Many fitness facilities have little to no direction. The ones that do, don't consider what makes that client unique. I wanted a more personal environment where I could mold a program around the individual and not the other way around.

Clients should choose us if you're looking for someone who values you as a person and is invested in your success

My main offerings are in person at our studio or in your home. However I do additionally offer some online services, including healthy habit software and workout plans

During the heat of Covid we had extremely strict regulations. We still have safety protocols in place including limiting the amount of people in the facility, special air filtration technology, hourly equipment sanitation and more as well as offering in home services for those uncomfortable with in studio.

Services

We start with a standard screen from the functional movement systems and assess your fundamental and foundational movements patterns to determine the best possible exercise program for you

We start with a screen from the Titleist Performance Institute and then specifically look at mobility, swing speed and fitness movements that deal specifically with golf

We review your current nutrition tendencies and create goals together to make gradual positive change

We use the assessment to create a PERSONAL fitness program designed specifically for you to reach your goals by improving your weaknesses, capitalizing on your strengths and getting you on the best shape of your life

We use our multi tier assessment results to generate a program that will put you innthe best shape to make your best swing. Typical results include less discomfort and more distance

We set you up with a long term plan including food intake, healthy habits, and skils to help you stick with them

I evaluate where you are from a balance perspective and how you can minimize fall risk and improve your movement
