Hubs and I have been coming here for a very long time and I'm deeply ashamed I've never posted a review. We live for the Vegan bowl, it is so delicious, it has a few different components and guess what, it's always on point! ! Their salsa is a perfect brunoise! It is never sloppy, the tempura asparagus is always perfectly crispy, we've been coming for several years now and it's always perfect!! The masubi is also great, everything is great. This food cart pod has had lots of turnover over the years but this one has been a constant. More...

I am more than impressed and pleased with my order, the service was kind and friendly. I asked for a couple of substitutions and an extra and did not get charged. Thats a big deal in my book. I had the most delicious Over the Rainbow salad, with seaweed (outstanding), guac (phenomenal). Great portion, decent cost. The sauce is so yummy, spicy and teri. To top it off this truck came to my work and the line was not very long. Which is a huge benefit when ordering during my lunch break. More...

This place is SO GOOD! I discovered Let's Roll while at Pickathon this year and have been in love since. Everything that I've tried has been fantastic, especially the Poke bowls. Their seafood is great quality and tastes super fresh - I really love the Tombu Tuna. I haven't had one of the actual sushi burritos, but I'm sure they are fantastic. The vegetarian poke is really fun, the dressing on it is delicious and the tofu is a fantastic texture. Can't wait to return soon! More...

Thanks so much for the yummy Spice Spice Baby at the Assemblage Maker's Fair this Saturday! So good, SOO big and filling - can't wait to try the rest of the menu. And I love that the "spice" was actually SPICY! ( instead of 'Portland spicy' which means anextra grind of black pepper most places - ha!). More...

I live in the Richmond neighborhood and anytime I can I love to order a sushi roll from 'Let's Roll.' The other day I got my order in right after work (in the nick of time) because that culinary genius, one-man show in the kitchen of the cart gets busy quickly. 'Let's Roll' doesn't need any convincing on here as to how great and delicious the food is. It's straight up unagi Alchemy at it's best. What I wanted to comment mainly on is the inviting and kind exchange I had with the creator of the of the food cart. I mentioned that I couldn't handle wasabi and didn't need a side of it to go, but wished I had the strength (LOL)! With a smile and an enthusiasm to share, they ask if they could offer me a sample of a special wasabi infused aioli to taste to see if that may be an alternative for me. I'm always down for aioli and it did not disappoint - DAMN it was good - I now can hang with the wasabi folks! All this to say I knew how busy this chef was about to get with the orders coming in, and he still took just a moment to share with me a pleasant exchange and enthusiasm for the delicious food he creates (and should be extremely proud of). It just made my night (and my dinner!) Thank you 'Let's Roll' for bringing a beautiful, fun pause to my day and inviting me into the wasabi club! More...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Let's Roll, a Korean food restaurant, and I must say, the experience was simply amazing! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance of the place transported me to the streets of Seoul. The interior decor was on point with traditional Korean accents and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The menu offered a diverse range of Korean dishes, each one more tempting than the other. I decided to try their famous bibimbap and it was a delightful treat for my taste buds. The mix of tender, juicy beef with the crunch of fresh vegetables and the fragrant aroma of the rice was a perfect harmony of flavors. The highlight of my dining experience, however, was the delightful service of the staff. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. They also went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions and made sure that I had an enjoyable meal. Overall, Let's Roll exceeded my expectations in every aspect and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Korean cuisine. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned Korean food lover, this restaurant is sure to exceed your expectations and leave you with a memorable dining experience. More...

I love the food but one of the employees is a jerk and slacks off. Specifically when he works he refuses to make musubi or most other items on the menu because "the rice is still cooking". I've asked other workers about it and they've explained he just doesn't like doing it. Foods great but the costumer service is not good. Edit: went again to prove my point further and as I expected I got the exact same excuse as every other time. If you can't do a basic part of the job and make a simple food why work at a food cart?
