My signature dish is my family favorite my Mac and cheese ?
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I also all ask them there favorite dishes first, them I help my clients create their favorite menu for there event. With a 2 or 3 meat option I try to help stay with in there budget also... together we come up with the perfect menu that will please them and there guest!
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy cooking food catering to the needs of others and watching them eat good soul food. I love to serve others cooking is my way of serving.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandmother Bessie ? ❤️ she had 65 grandchildren so her way of loving on us was to cook for us. From baking cakes and pie ? she inspired me to cook so I started my catering business in her memory.
