If I could provide a ZERO (0) star rating that is what I would have done for the horrible customer service I received in one of the most devastating times of my life. I put in an order for a casket spray to be delivered to thefuneral home for my mom's homegoing. The flower delivery was changed by someone in your store to be delivered to a different location and a different time than what was requested and PAID for. There was NO communication with me or the funeral director who was patiently waiting for the casket spray prior to the viewing. When I called in to speak with someone, I was given the supervisor. I think her name was Lori but I could be wrong. I would hope that you record your calls because the horrible way in which this person spoke to me about a product & service that I purchased should be criminal. She should never be allowed to speak with customers again on your behalf. She's a horrible person, a liar, lacks integrity and concern ... especially for the purpose of the sale... a funeral... of my mother, none the less. And to add insult to injury, the flowers, along with two other funeral sprays, were dropped off, on the ground, in front of the church without the delivery driver even walking inside to let someone know. I have since told the funeral home, my family, my church, getting ready to tell my social media family and will continue to tell everyone I know to NEVER use your company for anything again! More...
