Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It's a GET to, not HAVE to. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the uphill battles.

I started training with Kat, and after being unsure of what I wanted, I was fortunate having her to guide and train me on my path to physical health and discipline.
Kat is a fantastic trainer because she applies precision and meticulous form. She is always ready to push and help to achieve whatever goals are ahead.
I had no idea I would enjoy the training sessions and with her help I was able to achieve my personal goal of a 54mile backpacking trip!

We will do an initial meeting so I can get to know you, your fitness history, and your goals. Then I come up with a program that will make you successful!

I love seeing clients excited and breaking through challenges to hit their goals! Example is if you could not do pushups before and you just did 1 for the first time... I am jumping up and down for you.

I grew up as a competitive soccer player. Then after a career ending injury, I found myself lost. That's when I started to find my passion for lifting. It was exciting to try new things and to push myself to lift more. After seeing amazing changes in my body, I decided to get my personal training certification. I have been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for over 3 years now. I wanted to be able to share, not only my passion, but to help people change their lives. I am always striving to further my knowledge to help better my clients. I have my B.S. in Kinesiology from California Baptist University, along with multiple specializations: Maximum Interval Training, Group Fitness, Behavior Change, and Athletic Performance.

I am not your typical trainer. I've been unmotivated, over weight, struggled with eating disorders, and felt lost. I'm here to listen and to guide you, to being your best you. This is a judgement free zone.

Absolutely! Thank goodness for technology. I email you your workout programs and video chat with you twice a week. I always have my phone on me, so when you have a quick question I am available.
