How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through meeting with them, setting goals that cater to what we talked about. Most importantly be their for them. It's not just the time we spend in a session, but coaching them and being there through their whole fitness journey.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, disciple, and I'm all honesty everyone is different and there bodies and how they want to reach that body os a loaded question.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people reach their goals, seeing their face when they reach goals big and small confidence in their progress. My passion is to treat them as a individual and helping them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have no limits, or be held back from doing what I love doing in community.
