What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish will be our Jerk Chicken It comes with a side of cabbage, Rice & Peas, and fried plantains
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
our process is different for each customer. for the customer that already know what they want we go over their budget so we can make sure we can supply them with the perfect menu
for the customer that does not have a set menu in mind we have a set of questions we ask during the consultation that will put us on the right track for the menu for them
What inspired you to start your own business?
what we love the most is having the opportunity to help our clients make their special day great with good food and great service
there is honestly so much that we love but that is in the top 5 list
Why should our clients choose you?
we feel that we should be chosen because we are a have it your way catering company that understand not everyone is the same, so why should there food be. we really press to be the best we can for all our clients. there is no such thing as we don't do that , if the client wants it we make it!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have not had to make any. We have always practice food safety and ways to keep a very clean work area no matter where we prep, cook, or serve

we will prepare meal and drop order off to event location.
banquet style - catering
we will prepare meal, set up, and serve only.
family style- catering
we will prepare meal, set up each table so guest can make their own plates right at their table.
there is a guest limit for this style.
Full service- catering
we prepare meal, set up and serve by the plate to each guest.
