Her participation in my daughters Sweet 16 took my appreciation of her passion and creativity for culinary to a new level! Meaning…she understood the assignment. What’s your signature dish?
My Louisiana Gumbo is full of chicken, andouille sausage, seafood (ex. shrimp and crawfish), flavorful seasonings and vegetables like okra, and onions and bell peppers.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
When creating a perfect menu for a client I ask them their likes (favorite food) and their dislikes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing smiles on my client face when they enjoy eating a good meal. Food should bring happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The passion for cooking and making people happy made me want to have a business.
