Saree Janz offers a soul-centered, transpersonal approach that includes exploring the unconscious parts of self in order to create deeper meaning in life. This approach provides individuals with an opportunity to clear emotional patterns and personal habits that are inhibiting them from reaching their true potential. She believes that emotional triggers and old belief patterns can inhibit people from leading a full and desirable lifestyle – and that negative emotions can gently clear from the body and mind through hypnotic trance & expanded awareness techniques. Saree's techniques are gentle, yet effective. She believes an environment of trust is essential to a productive session and guides each client on a path to self-discovery.

Each session is unique to the individual and begins with dialogue, transpersonal coaching and exploration prior to guiding the client into hypnosis.

Her Soul Enrichment program is designed specifically for Spiritual Seekers who are interested in exploring current life's blockages from a Mind/Body/Spirit approach. This transpersonal coaching program does not necessarily include hypnosis but could be included as part of the coaching program if the client desires.

All of the Core Passion tools are included in the Soul Enrichment Program. Core Passion is designed to provide the client with clarity on life direction and tap into their soul's personality gifts while also identifying their challenges. Typically when we are stuck or in a "rut", it is because we are focusing on our challenges rather than our gifts. Core Passion helps to identify this and provide tools to shift one from the challenge to the gift so life begins to flow in a more meaningful way. When life flows again, things feel easier and our passion for life begins to emerge. I have found these tools to be great for building confidence and help people live more easily as their authentic self.
