Jeffrey did the impossible! After 40 years of smoking, I am done with those nasty cigarettes. It's been 3 months since my last of 3 sessions and am convinced I will never pick up another cigarette. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Jeffrey has been a great help for both me and my 90 year old mom who recently moved into senior housing after 30+ years in florida--stress is tuff anytime but change is tuff too and she coped well with this horrid winter-----Me, my struggle is different and i definitely have to be more proactive but without Jeffrey I wouldn't know where to begin. I have been struggling with weight loss since I quit smoking over 6 years ago. Before I quit smoking, I was tiny...only 115 pounds. I have gained over 100 pounds since. I've been on & off diets constantly and each time, I gain even more weight than the last time. It's been 6 years of "I'll start again Monday." I know what to do, I just could not do it consistently for some reason. It finally occurred to me that hypnosis might be what I need to stick to a healthy lifestyle and get rid of the arguing in my head over sweets and carbs. Jeff is a very personable, kind person who makes sure he gets to know YOU before he starts any session. He took the time to explain things in detail and made sure I understood. He also paid particular attention to MY individual goals and needs and what I was looking to get out of hypnosis. Jeff is very thorough and always makes sure to check-in at follow-up sessions to see how things are going and to adjust if necessary. I went to Jeff on a Groupon and it was the best thing I ever did. I can't even believe the difference in my thinking and habits! After just 2 sessions, I no longer crave the unhealthy snacks and desserts - I actually prefer my fruits and vegies. Even when standing right in front of temptation - I am able to say "No" and do the right thing. I went to Jeff Rosen at Hypnosis of Weymouth last year for help dealing with anxiety in the form of panic attacks.
