I love that it is a private workout, no worries about breaking social distancing or wearing a mask during workout. I sweated more in half an hour than I could possibly have been able to do without the heat! and the heat feels great! also, since I'm just starting a training program, I was able to modify and lower intensity for whatever I needed to, so the whole workout was well within my capability, but can be knotched up to as high a level as you like. all my thumbs up for hotworx!
