I have recommended Hermes over the years for various corporate events, but recently incorporated their services in a wedding I planned and was reminded why I love them! Adrienne's assistance in advance of the wedding was so helpful, and all of the drivers were extremely prompt (early, actually!), professional, friendly and accommodating. I connected with each as they arrived onsite. The app Hermes uses to convey all of the transfer info is super helpful, and I also really appreciated getting text message notifications to include the driver’s name and phone number as they were en route, when they'd arrived, etc. There isn’t always time to look back through your emails when you’re in the thick of it. Hermes Worldwide is EXCELLENT. They came through in a pinch when we were searching for shuttles for guests to be able to get to our wedding venue without driving. We had an out of state wedding which left us looking for shuttles large enough to accommodate 120 people. I worked with Trisha who is extremely knowledgeable and kind and she helped me find an option that was cost effective and fast so none of our guests were ever left waiting. We have worked with Hermes Worldwide several times now for our wedding and event clients and their attention to detail during the booking is unparalleled. We often have so much back and forth n the transportation - from the updates on the passenger lists, to the addition of amenities such as beverages or lunches. We appreciate so much the email notifications when drivers are assigned, when they are en route, or they arrive on site or if there are changes to the reservation.

My husband and I got married this past weekend and used Hermes Worldwide to pick us up and take us to our hotel in downtown Denver. Our driver, Shauna, was prompt, amazing and patient with us, while we said our goodbyes to everyone at the wedding venue. The drive was smooth and the car was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and roomy. Once we got to the hotel, Shauna helped us get out of the car and even took a picture of us once we got there. We highly recommend Hermes!
