Kick-off: The Initial meet-up is a face to face chat through Skype or Zoom, or through email if you prefer. We will discuss the perfect program for you based on your preferences and goals.
Weekly Check-in: I set up your check-in portal where you submit weekly weight, measurements and progress photos!
Text or Email support. I will send you encouragement and motivation. You share your struggles and challenges.
SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE! No complicated meals plans or expensive shopping lists. JUST ACCOUNTABILITY.
