I have been working with Gregg on my health and fitness for years now. He is always engaged and adaptable to my needs. Now that I am in my 50s it's important to stay healthy and to live with vitality. Gregg has helped me find balance between fitness, strength, nutrition, and lifestyle with an eye on longevity.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working out with Gregg for over 4 years now. Even during the pandemic, we "saw" Gregg twice a week on our phones and got through some tough times together. We are both stronger, more flexible, and have better posture & balance because of his weekly workouts. We've been pushed to exert ourselves, but we've never been pushed beyond our limits. Through specialized fitness programming. I wont just start taking you through random or cookie cutter exercises. We will analyze which ones will be best for your body’s ability move, ranges of motion and limitations. Nutrition will be a big part of the plan, if the goal warrants it.

No real secret. Consistency, some discipline and understanding you don’t have to go to extremes. You can still consume things and do things you enjoy and be on a program that gets you to your goals. Have the right mindset from the get go. And you will indeed, more easily than you think, get to were you want to be.

Meeting and helping new people, the relationships I’ve built over the many years of doing this.

My father died of a heart attack at the age of 45. That scares me. My mother was left to raise 5 kids all by herself. I am hoping I can help as many families avoid this tragedy through health lifestyle habits and decisions.

Yes. It will certainly look a bit different. I’ll provide exercise and nutrition routines via an app. I will check in weekly via face time or zoom to see how its going and make changes that are needed.
