I cannot say enough positive things about G’s Fitness! I am working with Peter, who comes to the gym in my
apartment building for one on one personal training.
Peter does a full body strength training workout with me that is combined with cardio and core exercises. I have been seeing Peter consistently twice a week for 15 weeks and I cannot believe the transformation in my body. I much stronger and have lost a lot of belly fat. One thing I am most happy with is a lot of my back pain has been resolved from working with Peter as well as numbness in my limbs. Peter also gave me diet and meal recommendations which are reasonable and easy. I couldn’t be happier and feel like I’ve added 10 years to my life! Thank you G’s Fitness 5 stars all the way.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All people entering my facility are required to wear masks. My facility is always cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. We disinfect our surfaces twice a days using a surgical grade virucide that lasts for 7days. Our trainers are using CDC recommeded hand washing health, and we are actively cleaning common areas like countertops, fitness equipment, and restrooms.
