I had the pleasure of working with Grillfire Gourmet at a wedding and hired them to cater a video shoot I produced. I'll start with the obvious. ... the food is top level! We had breakfast and dinner. Both meals were perfectly on time, piping hot, and delicious. It was a long, grinding, shoot day and the food was a bright spot that kept group moral and energy high. What inspired you to start your own business?
We started by providing lunch plates for co workers. When we started to get repeat customers and even more orders we decided it was time to go into business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Food is prepared in a sanitized commercial kitchen that is thoroughly inspected by the New York City Department of Health. Food preparers are vaccinated, wear masks and gloves (changing gloves frequently). We also keep up with the evolving guidelines from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
