A clear S.M.A.R.T goal.
(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound)

I Love helping people become stronger more confident versions of themselves.
Creating an environment that people see progress in their lives.
Helping people realize that being fit and healthy is different then what the media portrays.
Fitness can be, being able to touch your toes, and walk down a airport terminal without needing to take a break.
It's gardening all day, being able to picking up 50lbs bags of mulch and not being sore and tired the next day. It's playing with your kids or grandkids and being to keep up.
Helping people make some of these things happen is more rewarding than I can even express.

I created Functional fitness as an alternative to a box gym. A small one on one personal studio. A safe place for people to walk through that door and make a commitment to getting fit and getting healthy.
