Jimmie is an outstanding trainer in many ways. He’s professional and knows how to work and encourage all types and ages of individuals. He is knowledgeable on the art of fitness training and directed me towards the appropriate exercise fir my age.

Jimmy is a great experienced trainer. With several years under his belt . He inspires and motivates his clients constantly(daily and weekly) You well sweat within the first 5mins of your session.
