Remote meetings available. I can do virtual meetings initially to make my clients more comfortable. Or even an initial phone call!
Wedding Planning/Coordination
Month of Coordination : $995
Our coordinator is for the entire day. Includes set up of rental items and assisting with any DIY/Bride’s items that need to be placed. This also includes, timeline, floorplan, Unlimited contact via text or email, review and communication with your vendors. Rehearsal is done on the day of the wedding to ensure everyone knows their walking order and placement. All your items will be packed up at the end of the night. We clean up décor and linens so no one has to do a thing!
Partial Planning : $1495
This is everything in the ‘Month of’ Coordination with any additional meetings you may need. We assist in décor selection and ideas. We will also help with vendors, review contracts and attend meetings with them to ensure nothing is missed. This comes with an assistant, as customer service is extremely important to us. This also includes a rehearsal prior to the wedding day if needed.
Full Planning : $2350
This includes with venue searching, vendor options, contract review, budget planning tailored to your desires, wedding design, includes two professional coordinators for the wedding day, and unlimited meetings and hours for your wedding day. Timeline, Floorplan, Setup and Tear down of our event and Rehearsal.
