Your diet has a massive impact on not only how you look, but also your gut health, hormone balance, sleep, sex drive, and most of all, mental health.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Honestly, move more and eat less junk! It is fine to enjoy yourself weekly, but you have to be accountable in getting stronger, moving more, and making better food choices.
What do you love most about your job?
The people! Meeting all sorts of people and helping them reach their goals is truly fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Even More Fitness was started after i battled multiple eating disorders and an exercise addiction. I knew there was more to life and I wanted to help others through their own troublesome journeys. The reason it is a boutique personal training studio is that I wanted to focus to be on clients. You are not run of the mill and your personal training experience should not be either.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The gym is cleaned daily and anyone with any symptoms of sickness is not allowed in the gym.
Nutritionist
Macro and whole foods based nutrition.
Personal Training
One on one or couples training sessions.
30 minute or 60 minute options.
Typical focus is 1/2 strength and 1/2 conditioning.
Each session begins with a warm-up and ends with a stretching cool down.
ALL abilities and fitness levels are welcome.
Theragun Therapy
With the use of Theragun Massager, we will work on loosening any tight muscles in your body and ending with stretches. This promotes relaxation and flexibility.
