i dont usually write reviews not because i am not usually super upset or very impressed by many but with the help of SHERLOCKSTORM. US professional services and assistance , you can secretly spy on your cheating partner phone remotely without being caught. I provided some information about my now ex-husband and he was able to hack into his device. I was mind blown because I could also see all his conversations, chats, pictures videos he shared with the woman he was allegedly cheating on me with. Thereafter this was handed over to the PD. Kindly reach out to SHERLOCKSTORM (at) yahoo(DOT)COM. For any related services such as GPS Location Tracking, Device Cloning, Call Recordings – Call Logs Retrieval, Remotely Accessing SMS –Remote Email Spying, Internet Monitoring, Intercepting Instant Messages, Phone and PC bugging, Recording: Live listen and record voice surrounding phones, live camera activation to record and watch surrounding activities. Huge thanks to Mark, Matt, and Ron for putting on a fabulous course.
They shared generously from their knowledge and personal experiences, making the course much more interesting.

Additionally, I’m a curriculum designer and instructor myself and can say the practicals were well orchestrated and drove home many critical points.

Can’t wait to attend another course in the very near future.

There is no better school than Eagle Security Solutions. They have the best instructors from different backgrounds with plenty of experience in their field.

Was a lil nervous walking in. Especially knowing several in the class had other credentials and class certifications. But from the moment Mark and Ron introduced themselves l felt at ease. They want everyone to pass their course. They work with you so that you leave there not only with the knowledge and tools to be a safer gun owner. But, you also will respect the gun even more so than before. They break it all down so that its easy to understand and walk you through each step. They see the little things you may be doing wrong and offer a better way and it works immediately! Like a hitting coach that helps you hit homers when you were popping out. Thank you to ESS! I will be back for further classes! More...

INFIDELITY/CHEATING broke me down. I remember I had trouble keeping track of a handful cheating partner's phone. I tried several methods but I was met with ill luck. Weeks ago, I used to feel awful about my partner's cheating attitude. I wanted to catch him red-handed. I was scrolling through Bark when I found a review on SHERLOCKSTORM. Someone recommended a private investigator named Jeff. I sent him an email at SHERLOCKSTORM(at)YAHOOcom explaining how I wanted to have complete access to my husband's call log, texts, social media activities, media gallery, deleted or not, and his precise location day in and day out.
I speedily paid for his services and I hadn't even finished watching my favorite TV show before he contacted me saying he had gained complete access to his phone. I got concrete evidence. What I saw was unbelievable, I was hugely disappointed, not surprised. I used the evidence I got to file for a divorce as soon as I could. I'm thankful to JEFF for helping me out of my dilemma and affirming my suspicion. I was pleased with the service, to be honest. If you are having trust issues and need valid evidence concerning your partner's attitude, how about you contact JEFF? He just might help bring to light what's been hidden from you.
Contact Him right away at SHERLOCKSTORM(at)YAHOO(dot)Com or visit his website at SHERLOCKSTORM(dot)US

Q&As

We love helping our clients get answers. Sometime it's not the answer they wanted, but it is the answer they needed. We are very good at what we do and it shows in everything that we do.

My prior military background along with years in the private security industry has helped build the foundation of our small family operated business. We wanted to provide the personal service that isn't always available from larger firms where you are just a number to them.

Please read our reviews, our reputation in the industry is impeccable. Since we run a Department Of Criminal Justice Services training academy we actually have trained and provide ongoing training for many of the private investigators in south eastern VA and the firms that they work for.

Services

A background check looks further into a person's professional and personal history. A background check investigator will conduct interviews and find documents that will give you a greater understanding of the person you are looking into.

Can't I just pay for an online background check?
There are automated background checks available on the Internet, but the information is often incomplete or inaccurate, and each record whether found through the Internet or another source needs to be verified for validity. A private investigator can provide detailed and accurate information about a person and ensure that the information is accurate.
There is no standard or routine background check. The investigation should be tailored to your areas of concern, reasons for finding out more, and your overall needs. Whether you're hiring a new employee, looking for a nanny, or are about to make a new investment, it's a good idea to get a better understanding of who or what you will be involved with.

Why Conduct a Background Check?
You may want to have a person submit to a background investigation before:
Hiring a new employee
Taking on a new tenant
Making an investment
Hiring a nanny
Dating a new individual
Commonly Detected Lies
People often provide false information on the following:
Education history and degrees
Professional background and work history
Licenses and professional organization membership
Omitting prior experience to hide a grievance or lawsuit
Why Not an Automatic Check?
Problems and limitations of an automated check:
Not all records are available online
The information may not be accurate or up-to-date
The validity of the record still needs to be verified
Does not include checking references, past employers, degrees, etc.
Criminal vs. Complete
Two common investigations are criminal and complete.
Criminal Background Check: The sole purpose of a criminal background check is to determine whether or not the person has a criminal record.
Complete Background Check: A complete background investigation involves looking at all public records that are available. This can include driving records, education and employment history, and more.

A criminal check does have its limitations. For example, in some states a DUI shows up in a driving record but not in a criminal record.

Information You Need
Having as much information as possible can make the background investigation a quicker process. Some information you may want to have:
Full name with middle initial
Date and location of birth
Social Security Number
Schools attended and awarded degrees
Past employers<
Although it is ideal to have all of the above, a good investigator can research a person with very little information.

In today's world, almost anyone can easily and cheaply acquire surveillance devices, or bugs, that can be used to invade your privacy. Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), or bug sweeps can help individuals and businesses protect their privacy. While there are a lot of surveillance countermeasure service providers available, it is essential to use a trained, qualified investigator. These services are meant to detect bugs and uncover any illegal surveillance devices, any unknown technical surveillance devices, and any technical security weaknesses. Electronic surveillance detection is conducted to give you the peace of mind that your privacy is protected.

Need-to-Know Definitions
Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM): bug-sweeping or electronic countermeasures intended to find and remove surveillance devices.
Bug: a covert or hidden listening device that typically contains a radio transmitter and microphone
Vulnerability Audits: process where investigator assess threats and potential of privacy invasion
In-Place Monitoring (IPM): systems providing effective detection and geolocation of potential external threats within or around offices, homes, or public venues
Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) inspection: thorough assessment of an accredited area where SCI, classified information requiring formal access control systems, is handled.
Off-site Radio Frequency (RF) Monitoring: inspecting area for radio frequencies given off by common surveillance devices
Common Bugs and Surveillance Devices
Hidden cameras: as technology improves cameras are getting better and smaller. Small cameras can be hidden anywhere now or even disguised as anything from air purifiers to smoke detectors.
Cell Phone Spy Software: monitoring software downloaded to a mobile phone that can record calls, view complete web history and record the sound from the surroundings of the phone.
Wiretapping: an interception of telephone communication through the telephone signal.
Audio Surveillance: microphone device placed in an area to monitor and record communication. Like cameras, these can be hidden just about anywhere now and disguised as something as harmless as a power strip.
Why do I need Counter Surveillance Measures?
Is someone spying on you? Unfortunately, bugging and surveillance is more common and easier than ever. It can be done for any number of reasons, by a complete stranger or someone you know very well. What was the last time you used your credit card or checking account over the phone to pay a bill or purchase something? Identity theft has become extremely prevalent and criminals can use bugs to obtain your most important information. Frustrated spouses often plant electronic surveillance devices in their own homes to try to gather evidence for divorce. If you are involved in litigation your opposition may utilize surveillance to collect information about you for the case Hidden cameras have been found in rented homes planted by creepy landlords to spy on their tenants. Offices or places of business are often targeted and bugged to steal valuable information or trade secrets.

One of ESS’ specialty domestic investigations includes infidelity. Whether it’s your spouse who is acting suspicious, or an unfaithful partner, ESS can help you uncover the truth you deserve to know.

ESS looks for six crucial signs when investigating an unfaithful partner. These six characteristics are usually tell-tale signs as to whether someone is cheating and if you notice any similar behavior, it could be a good idea to call in a professional.

If there is a change in intimacy, whether it is more or less intimate relations between you and your partner, it could mean that there is someone on the side. This tends to be the most common sign that is found to lead to the discovery of infidelity.
If your partner or spouse starts to hide their cell phone and their use on it, they may be hiding a lot more than just suspicious phone activity.
Has your partner taken to a new look lately? Studies have shown that when someone isn’t being faithful they begin to change their appearance, and they will put more attention into how they look.
As with the cell phone usage, if your partner is taking up suspicious internet use, you may want to look into it. Staying up late to “work,” spending excessive time on the internet, and browsing online late into the night are all common signs of unfaithfulness.
Has your spouse or partner’s work routine suddenly become very different than what it used to be? Longer hours, a recent layoff, or a sudden change in employment can all be signs leading to infidelity in your relationship.
Another big sign is changes in hygiene and bathing habits. Dressing differently, new undergarment choices, and an increased interest in appearance often result in a lack of faithfulness.
Unfortunately, there are about 30-60% of married spouses who cheat therefore investigations when there is suspicion can often be a necessary step. When 74% of men and 68% of women say they would cheat if they wouldn’t get caught, it is easy to see why ESS is here to help.

Investigations can take anywhere from a mere four hours, to six months depending on how much digging will have to be done. Investigators note that infidelity is confirmed over 75% of the time.

If you suspect there may be suspicious activity going on in your life, you’re more than likely on the right track, 85% of the time wives who are wary are correct in their worries, and 50% of the time men are. Don’t suffer in worry a day longer, ESS has a staff of private investigators that are trained and experienced and have credentials strong enough to put your mind at ease.

If you think you a victim of a cheating spouse and would like more information on how we can help, please contact us today at 888-832-4531 or locally in Hampton Roads at 757-673-4704. or click to request more information.

Don't be left in the dark!

In the case of a divorce or separation, child custody investigation can help make sure that the child involved stay safe. A parent or court may order a child custody investigator to determine what the child’s experience is like with a custody or non-custody parent. Investigations of parents sometimes reveal chronic neglect, child abuse, or parental alcoholism or drug abuse. If you need to know, a private investigator or qualified child custody investigator can tell you the truth and can save your child’s life.

How does a child custody investigation work?
A child custody investigator may use surveillance to determine what happens when a parent is with the child. Investigators can document or video tape any abuse or neglect that they see and they can gather other evidence that suggests whether the child is being treated well or not. Investigators also question the parents and ask parents to fill out a detailed questionnaire about their parenting and the child. Additionally, investigators may speak to witnesses or may solicit witnesses for the court on behalf of the parents.

Investigators can find out whether a parent indulges in reckless driving, criminal activity, alcoholism, neglect, or other activities that may affect a child's welfare. Based on the information and evidence gathered, parents and courts can determine what to do to ensure the child safety. A private investigators findings always have more credence in court than a parents accusations, so if you have any suspicions, a qualified professional investigator is essential.

There are many reasons why parents turn to a private investigator to safeguard their child:
They have suspicions about their child's safety. Unfortunately, a child is most likely to be abused or neglected by those who are closest to them -- including their parents. In a divorce case, however, suspicions may not be taken at face value. In general, you will need very specific and quality evidence to prove that a spouse or ex-spouse may be a danger to the child. A private investigator can help provide the evidence that can allow you to save your child.
They require peace of mind. Private investigators can help determine whether a child is being neglected or abused. If, happily, abuse or neglect is not a factor, parents can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their children are secure.
They have been accused of abuse or neglect. In court divorce cases, especially, one parent will sometimes make false accusations in order to limit another parent’s access to the child. A private investigator can help gather evidence of proper conduct and so ensure that you have adequate time with their child. In most cases, you'll require qualified professional investigator. This will not only ensure the highest quality of evidence but will also safeguard the child's safety. Private investigators trained in child custody investigation techniques are especially trained to protect the child's safety at all times. In fact, some child custody investigations can take place without the child being involved or even aware of the investigation. Secondly, many states require a qualified professional investigator to conduct these types of surveillance investigations.

A civil investigation helps uncover and assemble the information needed for a civil trial. A civil trial is the opposite of a criminal trial. In most cases, this type of court case involves two individual citizens who are arguing about an issue that relates to their rights as citizens. For example, if one person sues another for damages caused in a domestic accident, the case will likely be tried in a civil trial. According to the due process of the law, each person has a right to be notified if legal action is taken against them and also has a right to know if court actions are taken in their case. To ensure that everyone is adequately informed of court actions, the law stipulates that legal documents pertaining to these actions must be delivered in person.
The person who delivers the documents is called a process server. While in most states anyone over the age of majority who is not part of the case can act as a process server, a professional process service makes much sense, especially in cases where someone does not wish to be served with legal documents.

Why is process serving so complicated?
In some cases, people simply do not wish to be served in legal documents. They may wish to avoid a court case or divorce case and may simply leave town or refuse to accept the documents. When this happens, it is important to have a professional private investigator or process server do the process serving for you. Such a professional can:
Use surveillance techniques to find the person, if necessary.
Use skip tracing to find them if they have left town or left the country. Private investigators can even draw a large network of private investigators in other areas of the country and around the world in order to find someone in order to serve them with papers.
Ensure that proper laws are followed. In some states, process servers must have the legal documents in question actually touch the body of the person who's being served. In other states, trespass laws do not allow servers to approach someone on their own property. In short, hiring a professional process service professional can help ensure that your documents are delivered in a correct way. If they are not, your court case could be thrown out or tied up in legal problems for a while.
Show solid evidence that the documents were served. If the person who is served claims that they did not receive legal documents, a qualified process serving professional will be able to show an affidavit of service or proof of service that can prove that the person has accepted the documents.

Surveillance is the close observation of a person, place, or object. It is the practice of watching a subject in order to document and identify any of the contact, interactions, or whereabouts of the subject. Surveillance investigations can include:

Missing person searches
Cheating spouse investigations
Recurrent theft
Worker's compensation cases
Vandalism
Why Conduct Surveillance?

There are a number of reasons to conduct surveillance. Surveillance is conducted to prevent crime, to obtain evidence of a crime, to obtain evidence in civil suits, to document an individual’s location, to document activities in or around a specific location or building, to obtain information to be used in an interrogation, to gather intelligence, or to obtain information to be used in court.

Simply, you might need surveillance from a qualified private investigator at some point in your life. With marital infidelity on the rise, employee dishonesty increasing, and crime rates a concern for everyone across the country, surveillance is one way you can stay safe and secure. Surveillance gives you the facts and proof you need about those people you trust with your home, your children, your money, and your life.

Does Surveillance Affect Privacy?

Many people worry that surveillance affects their privacy. Often times, surveillance is a balancing act of security and privacy concerns. Thus, it's important to stay on the right side of the law. New privacy laws mean that surveillance through audio and video equipment as well as other forms of surveillance equipment can be restricted when not performed by a private investigator.

Can I Use Home Surveillance Systems?

If you want security surveillance for your home, home surveillance equipment usually causes very few legal problems. As long as you're not using home surveillance equipment to monitor people without their permission, you can generally use security surveillance equipment to keep your home safe from intruders. If, on the other hand, you are using surveillance techniques or surveillance equipment to observe potentially cheating spouses, potentially dishonest employees, or caretakers, you may be breaking the law.

Who Should Conduct Surveillance?

The best option is to hire a qualified private investigator. A professional investigator is licensed and insured to provide surveillance and to gather evidence through audio and video equipment. Plus, a professional investigator is often the most effective way to observe someone or something. Investigators are trained for years in order to be able to track down alleged criminals or uncover dishonesty in any form. Since private investigators are well-versed in current laws and often work with police and police investigations, you don't have to worry about legal impediments when you entrust your surveillance needs to investigator. Plus, investigators have access to various types of surveillance equipment--such as one-way mirrors, specialized equipment, and special vehicles--that can make surveillance more effective. If surveillance reveals illegal activity, evidence gathered by private investigators often stands up in court much better than evidence gathered by the average citizen.

Or you could commit time researching laws in your area or hiring a lawyer to find out whether your surveillance techniques are legal in your area. Of course, you can always stop surveillance entirely and just hope that the people you trust with your safety and security are, in fact, trustworthy. But let's face it: these alternatives either put you at risk or are expensive.

Looking for a Surveillance Investigator?

If you suspect that a spouse is cheating, that a nanny or babysitter is abusive, or that an employee is dishonest, it can be difficult to concentrate on everyday tasks. Why waste your time, energy, and stay up nights worrying? A single call to a private investigator can put you on the path to learning the truth.

What is video surveillance and photography surveillance?

Video surveillance and photography surveillance are two types of monitoring that use images in order to keep you safe or in order to gather evidence. Video surveillance makes use of video cameras or camcorders to catch moving images and even sounds, while photography surveillance makes use of still images. Both types of surveillance are important in investigations and both can prove useful in helping you to see what is happening in areas you have no access to.

What types of video surveillance and photography surveillance are available?

There are many types of surveillance to suit your needs, including:

Home security video surveillance. This type of video or photography surveillance can help monitor your home while you are away. You can rely on security surveillance or get special nanny cams to ensure that those you entrust in your home are reliable.
Property video or photography surveillance. Business video or photography surveillance, boat surveillance, and land surveillance can help ensure that your investments stay safe. This type of surveillance can also help you gather evidence of fraud, employee dishonesty, and other problems that can affect your assets and business.
Targeted video or photography surveillance. In this type of surveillance, an investigator will have a camera or other imaging equipment in order to record a specific person or event. This type of video or photography surveillance is often used in cheating spouse investigations, employee investigations, criminal investigations, and in mystery shopping. In order for this type of video or photography surveillance to be legal, it must be performed by an investigator who is aware of current privacy laws.
What kind of video surveillance or photography surveillance should I choose?

There are many kinds of video or photography surveillance equipment you can select:

The closed circuit TV (CCTV) cameras are most popular because of their reliability and low price. These cameras do not broadcast images, but they record them, so that you can always check to see what occurred while you were away. These surveillance cameras are used at many public spaces and in many homes for security.
Digital videos and cameras are becoming more popular, since they can often capture better images and even sounds. They can be used to monitor events remotely and images can be saved onto a computer and even enhanced.
Cameras and on-person equipment includes still cameras and concealed audio-video equipment. This type of equipment is often used for targeted surveillance and for criminal investigations where there is a clear suspect. These cameras can be very flexible but must be operated by a qualified private investigator, usually, to be admissible in court.
Board cameras are tiny devices that can be concealed and they often have an external power source. The image from these cameras is often transmitted to a computer or other imaging device so that it can be viewed remotely.

If you suspect your employee, employer, or a healthcare provider has committed workers compensation fraud, you will need to hire an investigator to conduct an investigation.

What Techniques Do Investigators Use to Uncover Workers Compensation Fraud?

Surveillance - Investigators may use audio, video, and other types of surveillance to determine whether an individual worker is as injured as they claim.

Interviews and research - Workers compensation investigators may interview colleagues, friends, family, and other individuals to learn whether there is an issue of fraud and, if so, how great.

Background checks and records research - An investigation into worker's compensation fraud may include checking medical records, employment records, and other records. Private investigators may also run background checks to see whether a worker has filed numerous compensation claims in the past or if the company has a history of misclassifying employees.

Evidence gathering - Workers compensation investigators can gather evidence if they uncover workers compensation insurance fraud. This can help employers and businesses prosecute fraud and cut off workers compensation claims that are not legitimate.

Can Investigators Help Workers Not Receiving Adequate Workers Compensation?
Yes, investigators can also help workers who are not getting adequate insurance money from workers comp claims. If a business or an insurance company is not paying workers comp to a genuinely injured worker, a private investigator can gather evidence about the company or insurance company in question. This can help an injured worker get the money they deserve.

On average, more than 800,000 people are reported as missing and are entered into FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC) annually. Of these, 85%-90% are minors. These statistics do not include those who are unofficially missing such as those who have not been reported as missing persons.

One of the big problems with police-led missing persons searches is simply that the term missing persons is so narrow. Police will only begin looking for a missing child at a specific amount of time after the child was last seen and by that time, it may be too late if the child has been kidnapped by a pedophile or child killer. Police are also reluctant, due to thinning resources, to search for people who voluntarily left home or for those who live on the streets. Even in a police-led missing person search, police will stop looking after a certain amount of time and will declare the case a cold case.

Police do their best with the resources they have, but law enforcement simply is not equipped to deal with the crime rates today. Anyone who wants real answers and fast needs to speak to a private investigator. A professional investigator will start looking for someone as soon as you feel uneasy and will continue to search as long as you are still looking for answers.

Who hires investigators to find missing persons?
The answer to that is just about everyone. You can launch a missing persons investigation to find:

Long lost loved ones or family members who have voluntarily disappeared or run away

Fugitives you need to find

Debtors for your money

Missing persons who have been gone a long time and are part of a cold case

Runaways and miners who have been kidnapped

Basically, if you are worrying about someone's whereabouts and wish to locate someone who is not easy to find, a qualified missing persons investigator will be able to use advanced techniques to help find the person you are looking for.

How does a missing persons investigator locate a missing person?
Professional investigators use a number of techniques to find missing persons:

Fugitive recovery agents. These investigators are experts at locating fleeing criminals and debtors. They are not limited by the same laws as police and so can enter virtually any place they believe a criminal is hiding

Physical searches by air, land, sea. Private investigators use a number of vehicles to search areas the average person has no access to

Networking with other private investigators or paying informants. Private investigators often have extensive networks of people they can recruit to help them in a search

Surveillance and videotaping. Investigators can observe places where a missing person is likely to be or can observe and track a suspect in a missing persons case

Searching hospitals and mortuaries. Private investigators can search through a number of facilities where a victim may be

Doing background checks, questioning witnesses, and other investigative techniques. Private investigators can turn to others to isolate likely suspects or likely sources of aid in finding a missing person
