I cannot sing Brendon's praises enough! He is an extraordinary chef, using unique ingredients and customizing a tasty experience to meet your specific needs. We had a group of 9 women, 2 being vegan, that he fed for 2 lunches and 2 meals. Drop off, set up, and prep was a breeze, everything was fresh, healthy, diverse, and tasted amazing. My only "complaint" would be that it was too much food (which we happily divided into leftovers to take home). Highly recommend and would definitely hire again! More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer free consults to hone in on exactly what your envisioning for your event or party. The consult enables us to figure costs associated with the service style, foods selected , and quantity. Once we have locked in the dishes and service, we refine your menu to make sure every detail is correct.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating customized catering menus is what we love! It allows us to produce an indulgent food experience, influenced by global flavors, using locally sourced ingredients to suit any occasion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the last ten years or so, I was at the helm of several successful Denver restaurants. During this time I designed menus, opened new restaurants, and had the opportunity to work for a James Beard Award winning chef as well as a certified Master Chef. As my skills and knowledge increased I found myself wanting to break away from the restaurant scene and make a larger variety of cuisines. Starting Mixers and Morsels two years ago has allowed me to do just that.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our chef works with you directly so there is no miscommunication. Our one on one consults allows us to ensure the product discussed before the event is the product you get. Special circumstances or dietary restrictions are noted by our Chef and delicious options are provided. This way someone with a gluten or other food allergy doesn't just get a sub-par substitute, they get their own delicious dish.
Buffet Style Drop Off
Looking for a great value for a large group. With Buffet Style Drop Off catering we'll provide delicious meals for your family, wedding, party or corporate event that can be customized to suit your costs and palate.
We can also provide place settings, drink mixes that just need your alcohol of choice added, and all the elements to setup your meal for success.
Intimate Appetizer or Dining Party
If your looking to impress some important guests or want to provide a truly special occasion the Intimate Appetizer or Dining Party is the way to go.
This is a high-end service that provides elevated food which is carefully organized to create an impressive dining experience. This meal is typically prepared on site and personally served to you and your guests by our chef.
There is also a drop off version of this service that is more economical as well.
