Alrighty then. I had forgotten this place was only a few miles from home. Cristy's is located in a hidden industrial park on a side street off Good Rd on Camano Island. Wanting to support our local food vendors we bought a platter of Lumpia and Hum Bao to nosh on today. I could hardly contain myself in the car it smelled so good. I knew about the Hum Bao when I saw one of my buddies munching on one a while back. The Hum Bao we have was baked to a nice golden brown. I like the steamed ones as well and I think that is an option there. I'm definitely going to avail myself of the plate lunches once things open up in Island County. Right now only one person is allowed in the lobby at a time and there is no outdoor dining option at this location. Cristy is diligent about sanitizing between customers and she cleans the touched surfaces between customers. Front door included. I look forward to patronizing their place in the future. More...

Super hidden but a great find in the area- I've had lumpia a million times and a few times from here and they are really good. We also tried the chicken kaldereta and chicken adobo. Both were large portion for the price. The adobo potatoes were very undercooked but other than that the food was delicious. We will be back to try other dishes in the future! More...

Soooo glad to have found this little gem. Pickings are slim in Camano and Stanwood but this is well worth a try. Adobo is excellent and the pancit is fantastic. Every weekend we visit we make it a point to order from here. The staff are all family and so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to more access as the COVID crisis passes. This is not a restaurant, but you can order ahead for takeout or pick up some of their frozen options too. They are more geared towards catering or supplying to other local stores and businesses. While visiting Ale Spike, stopped here to take out lunch. Jim was great to talk to and he definitely has a passion for the business and the food, and cannot sing Cristy's praises enough. <br><br>They had some yummy pulled pork available on special (not always available) that they served with adobo sauce and coleslaw. Also ordered the vegetable lumpia, perfectly fried and paired with their own vinegar based dipping sauce. No greasy mess left behind. Overall it was a lot of food for one person, easily two meals, at a good price. I'll be back again for the pot pie and other frozen foods to try at home! Grew up in a military family and was able to try a bunch of different foods growing up. We had some Filipino friends that would make us Lumpia. Never have been able to find the same lumpia taste since until we found Cristy's! We got the Lumpia, Pancit and Garlic Rice. All of it was amazing!!!! Highly recommend. Find out what they are trying to achieve in a menu-that is are they wanting standard fare to fit a budget or do they want something that will be remembered as different but very good.

Meeting the people , finding out what they are looking for and then building a menu to fit their needs
What inspired you to start your own business?
I came from a very humble beginning in the Philippines and this has been a dream for a very long time.
