What inspired you to start your own business?
Everyone deserves their best life! After I lost over 200 pounds, I decided to become a certified coach and help people make their best life a reality.

Yes, mostly by phone. I do Zoom, FaceBook, or FaceTime video conference, as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide remote services only. This makes it very convenient for clients, as they do not have fear of contracting Covid, have any drive time to or from my home office, can go about their daily routines more easily, and they can feel safe.
