What’s your signature dish?
Golden fried chicken, Gourmet macaroni & cheese, or Shrimp mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, mixed greens, corn bread with butter, and peach cobbler or caramel cake.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
i always create a client order sheet, with all the details of the order. I go over the order over the phone or on person. whichever is best for the client.
once agreed, i'll send an email with everything we discussed about your unique event!!

i love making people's dreams come true.

What inspired you to start your own business?
i'm always helping others and given back. We do food drives and pass out food to elderly
