Last night, I attended what I think will be the first of many fabulous dinners prepared by Claudia! Claudia's passion and vibrant energy transfers into her food and the flavors are out of this world! One thing I immediately noticed following dinner was that, I didn't feel bloated or uncomfortable after eating Claudia's food. She is really passionate about using fresh, local ingredients, and prepares them in a way that your body is thankful for.
