What’s your signature dish?
A few of our specialties are our Italian Small plates, Bachelorette Brunches, Wedding receptions, Wine tastings, corporate lunches, meetings & Dinners.
Whatever your vision, we create menus to reflect exactly that.
Everything from humble Curry dishes to Fancy French flair!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Once you've shared your preferences and flavor profiles of choice, we then create custom menus to carry out those preferences.
What do you love most about your job?
I love Everything about my job!
From the consult, menu planning, preparation, and execution.
Seeing and hearing my clients express how much they enjoyed our creations and the ease of our process makes all our hard work/Passion worth it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in the food/catering industry from a very young age living in Florida.
It's never been a question for me to do anything else but catering.
My previous work has only strengthened this passion in me.
My resume includes;

*Sous Chef for the Coyotes Hockey team and Gila River Arena-6yrs
* Prep/Event Chef at MCulinary Concepts-6yrs
All of these influences and work experiences have encouraged me even further to start my own business.
