Chef Ryan catered the rehearsal dinner for our wedding and did a marvelous job. He was easy to contact and very responsive. He provided a menu proposal in a timely manner and was sensitive to dietary restrictions and allergies. Chef Ryan is so unbelievably talented. He was friendly without being overbearing. He went straight to work on his masterpiece. The entire evening was perfect. The private dinner commenced with crab cakes that were crispy yet soft. It had some sort of delicious sauce on it and the timing was perfect. Then these amazing arancini balls came out with a dollop of bernaise sauce topped on it. Then the dinner was served and the steak was grilled perfectly and it was topped with lobster tail atop the most magical risotto with a side of great grilled zucchini. 5 stars. He of course cleaned up the entire kitchen and we will 1000% hire him again. Looking forward to my next Chef Ryan experience. More...

This past weekend we had the pleasure of Chef Ryan cooking us a delicious dinner in our home. The entire experience was great from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry when booking and provided sample menus items to choose from. He was very accommodating when making any changes and we ultimately went with a surf and turf. Our starter were mini crab cakes which was topped with a cilantro lime aioli. Our next course was a delicious clam chowder with homemade croutons. Our main course was a filet with seared scallops that came with grilled asparagus and an AMAZING mushroom risotto. What we liked best was that he made the dining experience interactive asking us for our opinions along the way taste testing each dish. If anyone is looking for a unique dining experience I would highly recommend booking. Thank you again Chef Ryan, the evening went well above my expectations and we will definitely be looking to book you again in the future. More...

My wife Deb and I celebrated her birthday a little early with a wonderful dinner prepared by chef Ryan Dawson in our home. With the unpredictable nature of dining out like restaurants having to close permanently or temporarily due to Covid, I surprised her with dinner at home where neither of us had to lift a finger except when lifting a glass or a fork. What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish that I have perfected over the years is definitely Rosemary pan seared, oven roasted chicken breast served with parmesan crusted asparagus & butternut squash risotto
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take into consideration every little detail the client provides me. I carefully select menu items that fall into the cuisine the client has chosen. I work diligently with the client to make sure the menu is exactly what they expect.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to create my own menus. I love being able to share my passion for food with the world through each and every dish. I really enjoy that each event/ client is different from the next and being able to challenge myself to exceed all expectations of each client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to be my own boss, create my own menus and showcasing my talents to foodies alike.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask and gloves to all my clients homes. I clean thoroughly before I leave each job.
