How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take as much time with each client until they are comfortable with a final menu. As a caterer you must do everything you can to help create the perefect menu as every event is different.
What do you love most about your job?
After 35 years it is the day of the event. Watching everyones excitment!
What inspired you to start your own business?
150 years of tradition. My family and I have been proudly catering events all over New England for decades.
