Chef Dean and his sous chef were absolutely amazing! The menu that I requested was for Easy Italian themed- comprised of truffle an arugula salad to start (delicious), mushroom risotto (heavenly), italian meatballs, everything seasoning flavored roasted eggplant (a massive hit), roasted asparagus, and a berry cheesecake.
Not only were they so
Prompt in their timing, but all of the dishes were prepped and ready to go with minimal input by our group- they were so self sufficient, prepared, and TALENTED. Everyone in our group absolutely LOVED Chef Dean’s culinary skills and we’ll 1000% request his services again when we’re in Scottsdale next!

What’s your signature dish?
The menu that most dinner parties choose is a rolled steak with feta, mushrooms and spinach, paired with asparagus and baby roasted potatoes. However, signature is not something that I like to say--I like to experiment with many different cuisines and cultures when creating menus. Really it depends on what the client likes and would like to have for their dinner experience.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We start off by sending a couple sample menus to help the client with the decision making process. Then either through email or phone call, we work with the client to make the menu special and unique for their dinner party. We want the meal to create an experience and memory for the client and guests.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and the instant feedback that I get from their dining experience. I love that people I can create a memory.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have the autonomy to work with clients to create meals that are enjoyable to make. Also the long term weekly clients (now friends) inspire me to create menus that are healthy for their lifestyle and family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will make sure that my clients are happy with the service and food. I never want to receive a bad review and go out of my way to make sure that my clients feel that I helped them make a special memory for their guests.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All employees have been vacinated and recieved the booster shot. We make sure to follow safety protocols when dealing with food preparation.
