What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to help my clients reach their goals and to help them create greater impact in their lives. Getting to help clients navigate difficult situations or conversations, build their dream careers or businesses, etc means that they are able to affect the people in their lives positively. My mission is to help others eliminate stress, fear, and fatigue so that they can lead a fully engaged life, and impart the same to their own communities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a Military Officer I was blessed with opportunity to meet a wide range of people from different backgrounds. I loved helping even the most disciplined soldiers reach even higher heights. Similarly, after leaving Active Duty, I was blessed with great opportunities in corporate. One thing I learned however is that I wanted to be focused on helping people develop and grow at accelerated rates. I could do that more effectively as an independent coach/consultant. This way, I'm able to really dive in and help because I'm typically not in the same social or business circles meaning I can view through a lense that is only partial to helping my client achieve at their peak.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is for you if you are ready to commit to working on yourself and completely changing the trajectory of your life and/or business. This is not for you if you are expecting things to change on accident. If you are prepared to take total ownership of your results, you will find there is no better program for furthering your goals in life, career or business.

Nearly 100% of my coaching is done remotely. I work with clients all around the globe using online communication tools.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No significant changes other than helping clients to navigate the pandemic for their specific professional/personal needs. My services are nearly 100% remote.
