I was so impressed with how professional Lauren was and her interaction with my 4 large dogs. I'm a dog trainer and extremely picky on who I will allow care for my dogs. After each visit, she sent a detailed report and photo. I do not trust many people with my dogs but Lauren took excellent care of them and I highly recommend her to care for your dogs. What do you love most about your job?
Being able to work with pets while giving clients peace of mind so they can relax and enjoy life! Pets are extremely intuitive and loving. Nothing makes me happier than a dog running up to me, excited to start their walk or day at daycare!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working a 12 hour a day office job when I got my first dog. I realized how difficult it was to a) leave him during the day and b) find reliable help. I was ready to jump in headfirst, so I left corporate America and started my own business. I was all-in since day one back in 2004, and I haven't slowed down since!
Why should our clients choose you?
I feel like I am one of the few who take this seriously since it is my business and livelihood and not just a hobby. I not only have a family to support but I employee local pet lovers who also have families to support. Business is most important to me because it creates a chain in the economy that is very important, especially during times like these. I am very particular about who I hire, so you can be assured whoever is taking care of your pet(s) is a true pet lover and chose this job first and foremost based on their passion for pets!
Dog Walking (one to one)
We offer private dog walking which includes a dog walker coming to your home and walking and interacting with your dog or dogs for a minimum of 30 or 60 minutes. All of our dog walks are untimed, so although your minimum time is guaranteed, we spend extra time when we can!
Pet Sitting
Our pet sitting service includes a little extra time so we can make sure all of your pet's needs are taken care of while you are away for an extended period (whether it be one day or two weeks). We will also take care of things around your home, like plant watering or taking out the trash. You let us know your needs and we will customize your service.
Overnight Sitting
A pet sitter will stay at your home overnight between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. This is great for puppies, seniors and special needs pups (such as dogs with separation anxiety who need to stay in their home). We will supplement with daytime visits as requested.
Boarding
We offer in-home boarding if you decide you are not comfortable leaving your dog alone at your home. It's a cozy, safe, clean experience where your dog will have the opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs. Limited spots are available and restrictions apply.
