I'm not a fan of spicy but that soup hit the spot made my nose run and rid me of anything that might have been coming. Perfect for the rainy weather! Just delicious! We got the Aborrajado and Lunch Americano with pulled pork, yuca fries and sweet plantains. Both dishes were perfectly sweet, savory, rich, with the crunch from the arepa and yuca fries. .. all the flavors just came together so well. I only wish the "spicy sauce" was actually spicy. Lovely outdoor patio that made you feel tucked away in a forest. We ordered the food truck mains, one pulled pork and one vegetarian with black beans and rice, sweet plantains with queso, yucca fries, and arepas. The arepas were not traditional arepas, but they were quite tasty with the pork on them. The pork was quite good, and came with great embellishments that really made it delicious - pickled onions and sauce and stuff. Plantains were great, beans and rice were bad. My partner and I have several food allergies/dietary restrictions so it’s hard to find restaurants that we can eat at. 99% of the menu is gluten free and a lot of it is vegetarian or can be made vegan(dairy free). I order delivery and love the food truck menu. Their sides are all so tasty, it's hard to choose. So many different types of delicious arepas, but the best one is the arepa de queso on the dinner menu.

My wife and I booked the Café Racer food truck for our wedding and we could not have made a better choice. Not only is their food affordable, but they helped create the unique and casual feel we wanted to have at our wedding. Us and our guests loved their food and were impressed with the high quality of their service for serving 130 people in two hours. Both Jess and Luis (owner) were easy to work with and helpful leading up to the day of which made everything go smooth. Cafe Racer has a wonderful selection of entrees and arepas and the Street Dog is to die for. Only slight downside is it can sometimes take a while, so go when you have time to sit back and enjoy it without feeling rushed.

The portions are pretty small but the food is really good! I had their braised pulled pork with a side of arepas and plantains. The arepas are sweet with a hint of savory and the plantains are sweet and kinda caramelized. Both very good. The pork itself was OK, and I wish there was more sauce on it so it wasn't as dry.
