I met with the owner at my work, he came with food for 6 or 7 people. His name was Sheldon and he said he was the owner. He brought us Marinated Lamb Chops, roasted potatoes & Beef Wellington. It was probably a $150 per person meal at Capital Grille. My boss and few coworkers were stunned. Food was amazing and we hired him for my parent's anniversary which was this past Saturday. My family & all the relatives and friends were blown away. This owner guy even came to the anniversary to make sure it went well and it really was perfect. My mother and father were so happy. I was in shock that this caterer asked to come to my home and feed my family so we can sample the quality. Eggplant Parm, Lasagna, Meatballs, Italian wedding soup & chicken Parm. I invited my mother and father over and so did my husband. All Italians eating. The person who showed up was the actual owner. The man was in his 60's and came dressed with a formal chef coat and looked like a chef on TV. He explained all the food and the recipes were from Puglia Italy where his mother is from. What inspired you to start your own business?
My Mother had me cooking at 5 years old and my Father was a serial entrepreneur owning 3 businesses by the time he was 17 years old. So plenty of inspiration at home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have always been a very clean workplace and just continued to do it. We wore gloves before anyone else and our kitchen is probably cleaner than the hospital Emergency Room. Unlike other food businesses we thrived during COVID coming up with a plan to get us through the pandemic
