I would like to register a complaint. I recently ordered a burger, fries, and quinoa salad for pick-up from the Boise Fry Company Bown Crossing location but was clearly deceived by the image of the quinoa salad on your website. The quinoa salad on your website (see exhibit A) looks spicy and full of sass but when I received my order it was merely mixed spring greens, quinoa, red onion gastrique, and a delicious pear vinaigrette. What’s not to love? Their menu says it all- can’t go wrong with anything. This time I did the Funguy burger and it was DELISH! !! What can I say about this place? Food is delicious, service is quick and employees are extremely friendly. My rating might be unfair because I ordered something I didn't enjoy. The burger was great, but I ordered the shoestring fries and realized when I got them that they wouldn't convey the potato taste as well as they other styles. That last sentence felt weird to write, but they have some exotic varieties of potatoes, and hey, it's Boise, you're going to want to experience their most famous export. By far the best burger and fries in Boise! This location is always clean and the staff is friendly, outgoing and fun. The food is outstanding and their dipping sauces are out of this world! I think the spicy ketchup is better here than the other two locations. All the staff members are knowledgeable and helpful when recommending food as well as the what salts go with their awesome fries. We love Kyle and his customer service is excellent. He’s also a very funny guy! But don’t let that fool you, he is very serious and passionate about cooking world class French fries and burgers. After trying Boise Fry Co for the first time upon hearing positive opinions, I'm happy to agree with the majority of individuals in that this fast food place is a fantastic place to go for something new. They have a large selection of potatos to use for fries, and various ways to prepare fries. The selection of burgers is also unique and ranges from a regular hamburger to a bison burger.After the food is received, you also have access to a seasoning station which contains many different dry seasons ans sauces for you meal and fries.All in all, I'll be back again! I probably eat here too much, but it's okay I love it. I first tried Boise Fry when they were in their old location off of Broadway across the street basically from Dona Larson and have always received the best service ever. I then realized when I was in high school in Meridian, they had one across the street off overland so I tried it. I went there for lunch almost every week. They remembered my name, always helped and answered questions. Now since they are right in on Capital and I work at a coffee shop one block from them I go there all the time. They have an amazing staff, infact best service in Downtown. And now they are introducing dairy free options for me (since I'm highly intolerant) which is amazing. My friend and I tried this place our first day in Boise. The place was small, but not crowded. We tried the red potato and the russet curly fries. I wish we had tried the sweet potato or the purple potato fries. The burgers were a bit expensive, but fresh and tasty. We loved trying all of the sauces. The burgers here are absolutely delicious but it's the fries that have got me to come back a second time. They were delicious. Perfectly cooked. And the variety of potatoes the fries can be made is a huge plus. In addition to the variety of the potatoes you can also get a large variety of dips for the fries. We LOVE Boise Fry Co! There are lots of options for fresh burgers, including bison and vegan burgers! The fries are amazing and there are tons of different Fry sauces and salts/seasonings to choose from! It’s so fun! The atmosphere is chill and the staff are friendly and helpful.
