I help my clients to achieve their goals by: 1. Listening to them; 2. Designing a program catered to just them; 3. Pushing my clients to their limits
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to be self-disciplined. You have to approach it like a job that you go to everyday and give your all to. The eating has to be right, the workout has to be on point and, of course the cardio has got to be consistent.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is helping my clients to achieve things that they didn’t think were possible anymore. When that light bulb comes on it is all worth it because I know that right then and there that they have bought into the system, this results are right around the corner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people who could not help themselves to achieve their goals
